How does Quarter Flip work?
Every hole, flip each player Heads or Tails to set two sides, then play best ball for the hole value. The lower side wins. Birdies double the hole, eagles triple it, and either side can throw the hammer.
What is the hammer in Quarter Flip?
The hammer doubles the hole when the other side accepts. It stacks on top of any birdie or eagle multiplier. Decline it and you concede the hole at its value before the throw.
What happens on the last three holes?
On 16, 17, and 18 the side that is down the most sets the hole value — a built-in catch-up. The calculator flags which side that is once you set the sides.
