Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Skins Golf LLC (“Skins Golf”, “we”, “our”) governing your use of the Skins Golf website, mobile apps, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Some features (including those that surface sports betting odds) are restricted to users 21 years of age or older and located in jurisdictions where such activity is legal.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

Paid plans are billed via Stripe in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Plans renew automatically until canceled. Cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

By providing your phone number you consent to receive SMS from Skins Golf for account verification, security alerts, and transactional updates. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Skins Golf may surface third-party sports betting odds (such as DraftKings) for informational purposes. Skins Golf does not accept wagers, hold deposits, or operate a sportsbook. Side bets and Calcutta auctions are recorded for tracking purposes only; settlement of any monetary obligations is between the participants. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to:

• Falsify scores, handicaps, or identity, or sandbag in events.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Upload content you do not have rights to share.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Use the Service for unlawful activity.

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, videos, comments). You grant Skins Golf a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.

The Service integrates with third parties including USGA GHIN, Golf Intelligence, Anthropic, Twilio, Stripe, Data Golf, and DraftKings. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that scoring, handicap calculations, or odds displays are error-free. For official handicap, consult your USGA GHIN record.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skins Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
